This store is just ridiculous. Went in to return an item, she said there an independent dealer, I said OK and left, so I called the verizon store I got the item from and they said I could return it to that store in Goodland, ks since it was a V wireless store so through all that the store I got the item from called down tothe Goodland store here, the lady in Goodland store said there internet was down so she couldn't do it that day. If you want jerked around come to the Verizon store in Goodland, KS. If I could give no stars I would but to write a comment had to give one.
Changed two phone lines over to Verizon and used our local store in Goodland. Christina (store manager) was training and helping numerous people at the same time. When it was my turn, i received personal professional service. Had problems with a case ran in today and she was able to take care of the problem.
Worst most unprofessional Verizon store I have ever been in. Walked in three separate times an walked out three times because of no help. I know it is a small town but over 30 minutes waiting just to be helped on is ridiculous. I am more then happy to take a trip to Denver so i can avoid this joke of a business.
Good selection of phones for being in the middle of the country staff a little uneducated but helpful and friendly ... all and all it's a good place
The lady who helped me, Christina, was fantastic. I went in and bought a new phone with the understanding that I could return it in 14 days. I did return it for another one and she went the extra step to make sure that everything went right. She is fantastic with customers and exceptionally knowledgeable with her job. She made my experience very pleasant and I was glad that she was working when I went in. I would suggest that anyone going there ask for her
