Had a appointment at 11am. Got out of there at 12:45. Really!!. The owner is running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Never will I go here again even if it's free.
This store sets the high bar for service excellence. Willie and Tim went above and beyond to accommodate my needs when I blew out my transfer case passing Goodland on I-70. Tim's knowledge and expertise in doing the repairs was supreme. This is waaaay more than just a tire shop!
Woke up this morning (Black Friday) with a flat, big piece of metal/screw in tire. These guys were fast and friendly and had my tire patched up in a reasonable timeframe! Great Service & Great Prices!

Terrible!!!! If you need something done, don't go here. People standing around talking and not doing sh**. A hour to change my oil!! Wth!!
I had my old Mercury (year 1999 with 225K miles) in their shop three times with a chronic check engine light problem (as well as another shop in Denver). They recommended three things that we paid for and they performed that didn't solve the problem. Upon further inspection, that they did not charge me for, it turns out that one of the cylinders that was chronically misfiring showed to be weak and they were honest with me that the only way to solve it was to overhaul the engine or replace it and they refunded me over $300 of work that they had done previously because they originally misdiagnosed it. I had been mulling over if I should retire that car that I had owned for 7 years and that helped make the decision. I just purchased a Kia Rio that I don't anticipate needing any engine work, but the first item up will be snow tires which I will purchase through them since they treated me well through my old car's issues.
