My insurance company dispatched them to provide roadside towing service to my family while stranded on the shoulder of I-70 in rural Kansas. They ignored the request and left us waiting over 3 hours before finally we were forced to contact another local towing company directly. Repeated calls to them by myself and my insurance company were answered and disconnected and then they stopped even answering. Horrible and dangerous.
We were traveling in our RV thru Kansas. Suddenly the engine seemed very noisy. We called the closest repair garage, which was McB's. We were told to come to the garage. Butch told us the exhaust pipe broke in front of the catalytic converter, and he could weld it. It was welded and we were on our way in about an hour. We were so pleased with how professional and speedy our repair was handled. Big thanks to Butch and his dad.
We had a breakdown on our way to Colorado for a family vacation. Broke down at around 10 am on a Sunday morning. He had our car repaired and back on our way within an hour of getting it in his shop. Butch is a great guy and busts his butt to get you repaired. Nice guy. If you are in the area and need his help, call him first!
