Support hung up on me and desk help is rude inside the office.
This is a really bad company. Their internet service is awful and slows down all the time. I would recommend looking at Eagle Communications for better service.
Their modems constantly doesn’t work. Not the best for gaming. They don’t fully care for their customers. I do not recommend
Any time I have a power outage or one of my animals accidently unpluggs it, it stops working for like 3 days called and asked what the problem could be and they said they would have to charge me to have a tech come down
Customer support is beyond rude and isn't very helpful. I've gone thru 3 modems due to power outdatages and was billed for all 3. Their speeds are not what is listed on their website. Stay far away from them, you are better off using your mobile hotspot than them.
